All our food is made from seasonally available produce and sourced from local producers were that is possible. Don’t expect asparagus in October, strawberries in December or broccoli in June - you will be disappointed. The menu you see is what was on offer at the time I wrote this page: what’s on the menu next week depends on what’s in the market
